For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little: For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people. To whom he said, This is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear. But the word of the LORD was unto them precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little; that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken.
(Old Testament Isaiah 28:10 - 13)
I have read a proverb from the precepts of men that says that those who do not read are no better off than those who can’t. But what about the proverb that says that he who fails to plan is planning to fail. I have also heard and read a great deal about prudence, but as far as I know, planning is not a major in any true religion.
For those who are born of God are like the wind, we do not know where it comes from nor where it goes. Depending upon our worthiness it is the spirit of God that guides to our ultimate destination. Many do glory in receiving line upon line and precept upon precept, and are fearful to infringe upon the agency of man in fear of falling away. But, for what, I kindly ask? This only indicates the nature of the foundation upon which their houses are built. My house is built upon the foundation of eternity which is Jesus, the Christ, and whosever builds upon this Rock shall never fall. It is God the one that gives line upon line and precept upon precept, but we should not be all that complaisant. If our heart is right we should be eager to receive fullness from him. And unless we do this we ride the chance of being confounded, snared, taken and fall to rise no more by giving too much heed to the precept of men. We should fear God, rather than men.
Forasmuch as this people draw near unto me with their mouth, and with their lips do honor me, but have removed their hearts far from me, and their fear towards me is taught by the precepts of men— Therefore, I will proceed to do a marvelous work among this people, yea, a marvelous work and a wonder, for the wisdom of their wise and learned shall perish, and the understanding of their prudent shall be hid. And wo unto them that seek deep to hide their counsel from the Lord! And their works are in the dark; and they say: Who seeth us, and who knoweth us? And they also say: Surely, your turning of things upside down shall be esteemed as the potter's clay. But behold, I will show unto them, saith the Lord of Hosts, that I know all their works. For shall the work say of him that made it, he made me not? Or shall the thing framed say of him that framed it, he had no understanding?
(Book of Mormon 2 Nephi 27:25 - 27)
As a result of this the law and the testimony has once more been sealed for the blessing of a few and the peril of a great many. Woe unto JerUSAlem. And woe unto me unless the Lord preserves me and prolongs my life; for the day of wrath has arrived and the anger of the lord is kindled against this people and against the whole world. I will tell you something today that will cause you to shut your mouths at me, for you will understand that which you have not considered; and which the Lord has made manifest unto me even today. These are things that eye did not see and things the ear did not hear.
But behold, my brethren, is it expedient that I should awake you to an awful reality of these things? Would I harrow up your souls if your minds were pure? Would I be plain unto you according to the plainness of the truth if ye were freed from sin? Behold, if ye were holy I would speak unto you of holiness; but as ye are not holy, and ye look upon me as a teacher, it must needs be expedient that I teach you the consequences of sin.
(Book of Mormon 2 Nephi 9:47 - 48)
THE 2010 US CENSUS
SALT LAKE CITY 12 March 2010 In a letter to be read in all U.S. congregations of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, the First Presidency urged Mormons to participate in the 2010 United States Census:
"The United States Constitution mandates that a census be counted every ten years. This census is used to determine the makeup of state legislatures, local school boards, and other government bodies and to determine how many seats each state will have in the U.S. House of Representatives. The Church also uses census data for planning purposes.
"The Census Bureau will soon deliver census questionnaires to every household in America. We urge all members to respond to them in an accurate and timely manner. It is an important obligation for all citizens to be counted in the census."
CENSUS WHEN UNATHORIZED IS A GRAVE OFFENSE AND A VERY SERIOUS MISTAKE EVEN A FATAL FLAW BY THE KINGS OF NATIONS. THIS ALSO A DEATH SENTECE FOR A GREAT MANY AND A GREAT EVIL TOWARDS THE PEOPLE OF GOD.
We as members of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Days Saints should have feared God rather than man. I was very reluctant to fill the most recent US census. But I was urged to do it. Yet I’d rather die of any peril than to be cut off from the presence of God by not giving heed to the words counsel of the living prophets. And if it has come from the Mouth of the Lord, it is as if it has come from God.
Perhaps the Church should have stayed far, far away from this man made peril and kept silent on this particular matter and let people of this church be accounted on their free will and choice. Yet unless we suffer, we will not learn obedience. Therefore prepare for a great cleansing for we are about to pass as a people through the fire of affliction. I have a sword and a mop in my hand already and I intend to use it. Census are not to be taken lightly unless expressly commanded of God. Let us remember what did take place to King David when he kindled the Lord’s anger by doing this of his own will and also what may need to be done to preserve a remnant of this people. Now, I pray that many of us have been tithed properly so that we do not suffer beyond measure and be numbered among the slain of the Lord. For every time a census is conducted an acceptable offer is required or the penalty is exacted. If you do not believe me search the Holy Scriptures. We are not talking about the law of Moses here, we are taking about the word of God which is eternal, even as eternals as his blessings and punishments.
Now of a surety and be aware that we have set in motion a sequence of events that will bring about the next apocalypses. And Upon my house it shall begin, says the Lord.
I have no other lamp to measure the future but by the knowledge of past. Here are some witnesses of what will shortly come to pass and by this light you may know. I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided, and that is the lamp of experience. I know of no way of judging of the future but by the past. And judging by the past, I know with certainly, unless divine providence foresees otherwise what will shortly come to pass is a calamity of our very own making. If we fall it will be because of our iniquities. But whatsoever will come to pass is imminent. I am glad that I am unlearned and that I do not know well how to count.
Yet, this I can say, several thousand years ago, a great desolating man made scourge did fall upon Egypt to the children of Israel when Moses was born. A great many innocent children died in the beginning by the wicked acts of men of which only Moses and Aaron may have been spared of the falling generation. And the wicked died at last also but by the hand of God at the death of the high born and by the preceding plagues. A great calamity came to the children of Israel also when they were censed at the beginning of the exodus; and only two able man of the whole congregation of those that were accounted in Israel were spared to posses the Promised Land; and Moses nor Aaron were not one of them. None but Caleb and Joshua were spared.
That was not the end of it. It did happen again. A desolating scourge came upon the children of Israel in the beginning of King David’s reign and in one single day 70,000 able men did fall. And more would have died had not David repented and atoned for him and for them. And that was not the end of it either. Later on when the Christ was about to be born, it did happen again. The people of Israel were censed by Herod the great and a great desolating scourge came upon the people the land of Jerusalem and only two children were spared, one being Jesus, the Lord and king of the Jews. And the other was John the Baptist, son of Zechariah. A king and a priest were preserved to fulfill God’s promises. And it must have certainly happened a generation later when the Jews were destroyed the second time and the city and the temple burned before the end of the second generation after Christ was born. Had not these two holy lambs been slain in our behalf, none of the children of Israel would have been spared either temporally or spiritually.
Know that, I have not taken conscientiously into account the affairs of the world in the dark ages or since the destruction of Jerusalem up to the year 1800. yet from that time and in this in our day the desolating scourge has also taken place from time to time from generation after generation even in the US. And perhaps these things have also been more or less evident in other countries abroad when unauthorized Censuses have been conducted. Every time people are numbered in any generation death takes its toll from the living. The Jews holocaust in the second world war is a very noticeable witness of the truth I write.
God is not a respecter of persons nor does he turn a shadow to the left or to the right from what he has pronounced. He is the same yesterdays, today and forever. If I am not mistaken, in my reckoning, in 1800 Joseph Smith, the prophet was born in 1805 and maybe a census was conducted either a little earlier or a little later. And slowly but surely the great internal war of 1812 broke in this great country. This was the second war peril since inception and the first as a constitutional Republic. Like Moses and Aaron, J Smith and his brother Hyrum were not spared either. And had not these lambs been slain in our behalf none able LDS men, but two would have been spared. Perhaps, a King and also a Priest would have been spared only. And the calamities, plagues and scourges of those days are well recorded in American history. Merely a generation later the scourge came upon the wicked also when the great civil war did brake out in the US and ended with great sings n heaven and a conflagration that cindered the city of Chicago. But it does not end there. Perhaps in the foregoing generation another unauthorized census was conducted. Soon after, in 1912 this great nation entered the first world war, plagues, pestilences, economic depressions, a second world war and many other calamities that have been increased and have compounded ever since. In the sixties perhaps two or There martyrs were taken from us at that time that prevented a major catastrophe. It would not surprise me that even a King and a priest of unknown origin were slain. But know this that the Lord never sacrifices the Father and the born Son in the same generation. Forty years must have passed by, before another one fell down even as the shaft of lighting. I wonder? I wonder? I wonder? Who polluted the Lord’s vineyard that it became as bitter as salty waters.
I am a pure Israelite, and by the grace and mercy of God, in 1990 nor in the year 2000 I was numbered in the census, but perils followed soon after each of those years upon this nation which consequences are still evident. 1991 a Gulf war took place by or in the land of Gogh and maggot among others. And in this current census of 2010s, I was reluctant, but I myself did not escape to be numbered with the infirm and with the transgressors; and unless my life is prolonged my days are also numbered.
I am afraid I am an involved witness and I have to report this to all my superiors and more particularly to God, peradventure someone amongst us may chosen to make atonement for the people of Israel of for this nation for that matter so we are time and again spared. And by this you will surely know that we have entered a new era. And by the end of this journey you all know who among us is a false, a true and a fallen prophet and that a even God’s king can bleed.
I prophesy what will shortly come to pass. Expect the priesthood and the sealing powers of God to work against you in this generation. As a result of our light mindedness and other imprudence’s, yet to come, expect either one or a combination of all these three great perils: A great famine to hit the land for a time that the Mouth of the Lord shall name. A destruction to come upon this nation and smite you as a people by the hand of your enemies or severe and diverse plagues as the angel of the lord brings devastation through the land. You decide what answer I should give to the Lord who sent me to make this things made manifest unto you all. The law and the testimony are already sealed and the outcome is imminent. You have been warned and forewarned.
But the word of the LORD was unto them precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little; that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken.
Wherefore hear the word of the LORD, ye scornful men, that rule this people which is in JerUSAlem. Because ye have said, We have made a covenant with death, and with hell are we at agreement; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, it shall not come unto us: for we have made lies our refuge, and under falsehood have we hid ourselves:
Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not make haste. Judgment also will I lay to the line, and righteousness to the plummet: and the hail shall sweep away the refuge of lies, and the waters shall overflow the hiding place.
And your covenant with death shall be disannulled, and your agreement with hell shall not stand; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, then ye shall be trodden down by it. From the time that it goeth forth it shall take you: for morning by morning shall it pass over, by day and by night: and it shall be a vexation only to understand the report. For the bed is shorter than that a man can stretch himself on it: and the covering narrower than that he can wrap himself in it. For the LORD shall rise up as in mount Perazim, he shall be wroth as in the valley of Gibeon, that he may do his work, his strange work; and bring to pass his act, his strange act.
Now therefore be ye not mockers, lest your bands be made strong: for I have heard from the Lord GOD of hosts a consumption, even determined upon the whole earth.
Give ye ear, and hear my voice; hearken, and hear my speech.
Doth the plowman plow all day to sow? doth he open and break the clods of his ground? When he hath made plain the face thereof, doth he not cast abroad the fitches, and scatter the cummin, and cast in the principal wheat and the appointed barley and the rie in their place?
For his God doth instruct him to discretion, and doth teach him. For the fitches are not threshed with a threshing instrument, neither is a cart wheel turned about upon the cummin; but the fitches are beaten out with a staff, and the cummin with a rod. Bread corn is bruised; because he will not ever be threshing it, nor break it with the wheel of his cart, nor bruise it with his horsemen. This also cometh forth from the LORD of hosts, which is wonderful in counsel, and excellent in working.
(Old Testament Isaiah 28:13 - 29)
Verily, verily, I say unto you, darkness covereth the earth, and gross darkness the minds of the people, and all flesh has become corrupt before my face. Behold, vengeance cometh speedily upon the inhabitants of the earth, a day of wrath, a day of burning, a day of desolation, of weeping, of mourning, and of lamentation; and as a whirlwind it shall come upon all the face of the earth, saith the Lord. And upon my house shall it begin, and from my house shall it go forth, saith the Lord; First among those among you, saith the Lord, who have professed to know my name and have not known me, and have blasphemed against me in the midst of my house, saith the Lord.
(Doctrine and Covenants Section 112:23 - 26)
These things I manifest dressed in sack cloth in grief and ashes, mourning ahead for the great loss of my people. And these things I say not of my self, but as the Lord has said he will also fulfill and I do it in the sacred name of Jesus Christ Amen.
This is the voice as of one crying in the wilderness, repent ye, repent ye for the kingdom of heaven is at hand and make the Path of the Lord straight. Sanctify yourselves and make an acceptable offering unto the Lord.
Attentively, a servant in the hands of Christ. Even so amen.
